Two-time M&A software founder and hands-on engineer. Previously founded Vastuu Group (acquired), and co-founded M&A SaaS platform Midaxo. Kal has designed M&A systems for clients like McKinsey, Verizon, HPE, Mercedes-Benz, and Philips.

At CorpDev.Ai, Kal leads product architecture and AI engineering, translating enterprise M&A experience into the platform and advanced systems we build for customers.

In addition to building CorpDev.Ai, Atul is a Partner at El Dorado Capital.
