Open your workbook and click CorpDev.AI on the Home tab. Sign in and link the workbook to one workspace. Colleagues who open the same file see the same chat.
Type a request in the pane. The analyst gathers what it needs from your data room, pipeline and research, then hands the spreadsheet work to the Excel specialist, which reads the whole file and edits it with code.
Changes land in the open workbook and the pane says what changed. Formatting, charts and pivots stay as they were. Ctrl+Z reverts the turn. History lists every version with a revert button.

Pull

Refresh
Update a pulled table with one click. Only the rows that changed are rewritten. Your columns and formulas next to it stay put.
Push
Send a range of companies into a list on the platform as one job, with progress shown and resume if it is interrupted.
AI Fill
Run an AI column over a table: one question, answered per row. The credit cost is shown before it starts.
Tables inherit the workbook's workspace, so a pulled table can only be refreshed from the workspace it came from.
Nothing leaves your workspace. The add-in follows the same boundaries as the platform.
When you link a workbook, it is tied to one workspace. The analyst sees that workspace's data room, pipeline and research and nothing else. Changing the workspace is a deliberate step, and someone who is not a member of that workspace is refused.
A workbook, its chat and its version history belong to one workspace. Nothing from one workspace is used to answer a question in another.
The Excel specialist edits a copy of your file in a sealed environment with no internet access and no access to the platform. It sees only the file it is given. The result comes back to your open workbook as a list of cell changes.
Nothing about your login is written into the workbook or stored by Excel. You sign in when you open a workbook, and the session ends when you close it.

Your Microsoft 365 admin deploys it once. It then appears in Excel under Home → CorpDev.AI.
Workbook size
Workbooks up to 15 MB. Larger files are refused with a message rather than partly processed.
Edits during a turn
If you change a cell the analyst also changes, the pane tells you and offers to put your value back.
Undo
On current Excel builds one Ctrl+Z reverts a whole turn. On older builds, use History to revert.
